We, the Between the Beats team, decided to arrange every marketing action and concept as environmentally friendly as possible. We also chose our partners and suppliers due to their attitude towards environmental protection.

Marketing materials

Our marketing materials (programs, flyers and posters) are produced in an organic print shop. The paper is 100% recycled paper and the printing inks are organic, too. More information here.

Our festival location will not fail to impress you with its environmentally friendly and exemplary technical equipment:

• unique ecological and exemplary architecture
• integrated solar power station with a yearly energy output of 28,000 kw/h
• intelligent »climate concept« produces sustainable environmental protection
• energy consumption of a passive house
• heating and air conditioning produces only 10-20% of CO2 emissions of comparable locations

Tickets

Our ticket provider is working together with Forest Finance; in co-operation they are able to neutralise the processes of ticket ordering which are harmful to the environment:

• production of ticket paper (ticket blanks or rather print@home paper)
• production of envelopes
• power consumption of ticket printers/laser printers
• pro rata power costs for server, computers and printers
• pro rata heating costs (ReserviX workplace)
