»Seems like German jazz has finally found its new and young post-Till Brönner faces« (Stern)

The German magazine »Stern« christened Trioscence »the new young faces of German jazz«. Trioscence has been getting great press in music journals during the past few years: »The New Milestone Of Jazz Trios«, »Sound-Highlight And Example Of Musical Trinity«, »A Highlight That Gets Under Your Skin«, »The New Heroes«, »This Music Makes The Sun Go Up In The West« – these are just some of the reactions of notable music magazines. In Japan the trio has been declared as »best jazz newcomer« following the publication of their debut album »First Enchantment«. The Japan Swingjournal commented in 2005: »This band has wiped aside our impression of stiff German jazz«.

The music of Triosence is characterised by an equal status given to all instruments and by the power and clarity of their melodies. This inspires both experts in jazz as well as newcomers. Trioscene uses musical influences from jazz, fusion, folk and world music and develops them into an opulent sound painting. Their latest album »When you come home« has been published by Sony Music.
